Export Control Compliance Statement

Ecoflow is committed to complying with all applicable the national and international export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, (collectively referred to as “Regulations”) to ensure lawful and compliant business operations on a global scale.

To protect the interests of our wider user base and partners, Ecoflow will refrain from conducting business with any parties located, headquartered, or registered in countries or regions that are subject to embargoes or stringent sanctions under the Regulations (“Strictly Sanctioned Countries/Regions”). For other high-risk countries, regions, or business entities defined by these regulations, Ecoflow will conduct thorough compliance assessments and will only proceed with transactions upon the successful completion of such assessments.

Compliance with Regulations is a core responsibility for all Ecoflow employees and business units. Ecoflow is committed to continually enhancing its export control compliance system, implementing standardized procedures for export reviews, and ensuring the effective application of export control compliance across its business activities.
